FACT OR NOT

How do you think the testimony of Lorelle Henry will affect the decision of the jurors? Do you think they will vote guilty or not guilty based on the information that Mrs. Henry gave during her testimony? What facts did she offer? Do you think these facts are enough to send a man to jail for LIFE? What is you opinion of Mrs. Henry's testimony?

i do not think that just the testimony of mrs henry will affect the jurors decision. i do not think that she will end up sending a man in jail for life. she only gave what she saw and heard. however she did identify james king so that might be something that is helpful. she did not witness the actual fight or the pulling of the trigger so i do not think that she is a good witness.my opinion of her testimony is that it is not much help. she is just a little nervous that is all. i get that but she still didn't witness anything else besides the arguments. she kept on saying "i think i think i think." she wasn't sure about what she heard. this is why i think she was not a good witness to testify.

I agree with juror8088. She kept saying "i think". Anyway she wasnt sure of what she heard. I dont think its going to affect the jurors.

I think that what she heard will help in the case and it would probaly get steve out of jail! But maybe they can take a bunch of guys and but king, bobo, steve, olvado and see who she says she saw! I bet its not going to be steve i no this might be off subject but i think that she would pick olvado or king but anyway..juror 80829 she didnt hear to well but she might be lieing... juror 8087 we did read this...

I think that mrs.Henry isnt going to affect the way of the jurors decisions. It depends if the testimonymakes sense that will get the jurors to belive it.

I do not think that just the testimony of Mrs Henry will affect the jurors decision. i do not think that because she will send a man in jail for life.Mrs.Henry only gave what she heard about King James. She didn't see him pull the trigger. She wasn't sure.I think that what she heard will help in the case too and it would probaly get steve out of jail, because Steve is innocent.

I think the testimony of Mrs.Henry will not affect the case. I think this because Mrs. Henry is in her "Golden Years" meaning she isnt that pricise. The jury is probably thinking shes just an old women out of her mind and that everything she says can have a other side to it. She did identify King and that kind of helps but not that much.

I think that what miss henry said is not going to affect the jurors decision. I think that they will vote not guilty because there is not enough proof. She said that james king was one of the guys that was at the store arguing. I think that these facts are good but they are not enough to send someone to jail. I think that miss Henry's testimony is going to help a lot to steve's case.

Mr.colletti we did not get to that part

Mr.colletti we l did not read this part.

I think Mrs. Henry's testimony will slightly help steve's case because she couldn't identify him as one of the people commiting the crime. However she said i think, so she wasn't exactly sure. on the other hand she also identified James King(even though i think it doesn't matter this far in the book.)

i think that mrs.Henry's testimony helped barely Steve's because she didn't identify Steve but James King. But it ddin't help a lot because she said i think which is an opinion.

i dont think it will chage what decsion or how the jurors are thinking at thuis moment because she had said she THINKS and proably the juror thinks that she does not know for sure. but mabey it will make them think because she is the first person to kind f be pointing fingers at king, since evryone else is blaming everything at steve.

in my opinion no i dont think that mrshenry testifying will chage anythgin beacuase she said she tHINKS and ameby the jurors think she is lying. but it may make them think alittle baceause NOONE of the stories relate so they mite want HT E THRUTH any maney want to leave there optins open.

My opinion on Ms.henrys opinion is that I don't think that it won't change anything becuase when people say that they think something there is always that chance that she is not sure and by using the key word think it may not change a thing! And not to forget she is helping steves case by fingering out james king the person who did commit this crime! I am juror 830

I think it wiil affect the jourors dcesion.

well i think mrs. henrys testimony is kind of fake because she be always being unsure of what shes saying. And i dont think that her testimony would send someone to jail for life because she didnt give full facts. And i think that the only guilty person is king with the testimony she gave.

it makes a big decicion if she goes against then steve can lose the case but if she helps him then he can win the case in whole

Anonymous said...

I think that the testimony will not affect the decision of the jurors because she only gave what she saw and heard.

I accept with juror 826. They will probably think that she is an old women

is this the homework man>???

This is confusing.....

i do think that mrs.henry will affect the jurors deciscion because if she says something bad about steve and maybe actually influencing the jurors, steve could be in big trouble. it depends if the testimony makes sense that will get the jurors to belive it.

Mr colletti were is the homework Authors purpose and how are we supost to write the homework down.......... i can not find it and what do you spect us to do.

I think they are not going to take him to the jail because she heard and saw, she didn't see Steve. She only saw the people who murdering. So i thing they are not going to kill him.

This is going to help Steve alot, the reason why i think that is becuase, she didnt say anything about steve being in the store. This is bad for King becuace ,she pointed at him in the court room . In my opion i think the Jurors mind will CHANGE.

I think that what she said was enough to send someone to jail because she said she saw James King
